Title and Closing Services, Project Management, and Appraisal

Appraisal services at ALROWS, LLC are managed by Kim Smith, a Pennsylvania Certified General Appraiser, who has over 16 years of eminent
domain/right-of way valuation experience. Ms. Smith is an approved appraiser on PennDOT’s ITQ panel, for both Category 1 and 2 appraisals,
statewide.

Property Acquisition and Relocation Services – Pennsylvania

ALROWS LLC is a full service right of way consulting firm with staff consisting of certified title agent, general certified appraisers, real estate
brokers, legal counsel, and experienced right of way agents. All of the services provided relate directly or indirectly to the right of way
consultation. Some of these services and technical expertise provided by our staff may not be fully utilized on every project, but the availability
of these services and expertise, we have found, is extremely advantageous to our clients and ourselves.
